Use of this site and its content is authorised for browsing of the content, making legitimate purchases and may not be used for any other purposes, including but without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase, or for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, activity or misrepresentation.

Usage Restrictions

Site content including all visuals, text, audio, video clips etc may not be copied, reproduced, republished, posted or used in any form without prior approval from Rinki Art in the form or written consent. All content on the site is subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights.


The information on this site may from time to time contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. Rights are reserved to update any information, to withdraw this site and to change terms & conditions without prior notice. Errors relating to product information, pricing or availability may result in the cancellation of any orders involving these errors or inaccuracies with no prejudice to Rinki Art.


Rinki Art will endeavor to provide its customers and stockists with competitive industry related pricing. Rinki Art reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Product pricing includes applicable charges and final order pricing includes any applicable shipping charges.

Payment Options

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) are accepted and EFTs (Electronic Funds Transfer) online through our merchant platform which is powered by PayFast. All personal information is stored securely (See Privacy Policy). Cash deposits must include any additional bank deposit charges. Contact rinki@artmark.co.za to make arrangements. Cheque payments not accepted.


Rinki Art shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or any form of damages that result from the use or, or the inability to make use of, the materials, services and products on this site.

Updating of Terms & Conditions

Rinki Art reserves the right to update, remove or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the moment of being uploaded on the site. It is the users responsible to check these Terms & Conditions.


Coupons do not apply to shipping. Coupons can only be used when the user is logged in. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions (including sales). No change can be given from Coupons  and they can only be used once per purchase.

Returns and Refunds

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please retain the product in its original packaging, with labels attached. The product must not be worn and still be in a saleable condition. We will then gladly refund the value or exchange for any other items to the same value.

To arrange a refund or exchange, please email rinki@artmark.co.za. Please note, that the cost of the courier to return the garment to us will be for your account.

Item Unavailability

In cases of unavailability, we will send you an email with suggestions for an exchange or refund you in full within 30 days from date of payment to Rinki Art.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment being made. Please note that cancellation of orders will attract a 15% charge for administration costs and refunds will be made within 7 working days.

Defective Merchandise

Please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery on rinki@artmark.co.za. Rinki Art will replace or refund any defective products. Garments damaged due to negligence will not be replaced/refunded. A picture of the defect is required when emailing.

Sale items

If you have purchased and paid for an item which is offered on SALE before the item is dispatched we will use our discretion on whether to offer a refund for the difference. If your garment has been packed, sent or delivered, no refund for the difference will be paid. Please email rinki@artmark.co.za
